How to maintain serenity
in our relationships

The meeting, led by psychotherapists Piera Serra and Danilla Frei, focuses on building and maintaining peaceful relationships, both in professional and personal settings, even where bullying occurs.

Through hands-on activities, simulations and role playing exercises, tools for recognizing dysfunctional relational dynamics that are often subtle and difficult to grasp will be suggested to participants.

The seminar is organized in collaboration with the Bellinzona Cantonal Library as part of the international 16 Days of Activism Against Gender Violence campaign.
