Who we are

"Ciao Table greeting practice” It is a recognised non-profit association of social utility. It operates in close collaboration with Psychology and Psychotherapy Research Society, Association founded in Geneva in 2014.

"Ciao Table greeting practice” its purpose is

I. The promotion of scientific research in the field of social exchange through:

  • Scientific conferences;
  • He Social Research Prize.

II. The promotion of positive social exchanges through:

  • Support for associations offering leisure and cultural activities;
  • Interpersonal bullying and violence prevention initiatives.

Why do we promote social connections?

They increase survival;
>They reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease by 29%;

They reduce the likelihood of developing dementia.;
They increase the immune response.
