How to maintain serenity
in our relationships

The meeting, led by the psychotherapists Piera Serra and Danilla Frei, focuses on building and maintaining calm relationships, both professionally and personally, even where bullying occurs.

Through Practical activities, simulations, and role-playing exercises, participants will be suggested tools to recognise often subtle and difficult-to-detect dysfunctional relationship dynamics.

The seminar is organised in collaboration with the Cantonal Library of Bellinzona as part of the international 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence campaign.
