6) Registration and participation in events organized by Ciao Table.

Participation in the event requires the entry and registration of personal data such as: full name, e-mail address, organization, telephone number and physical address. Upon registration, the data entered in the form are transmitted to Hi Table.

The data collected during registration and payment are not passed on to third parties and are kept as long as the purposes related to the management of the event respectively accounting management of the company require it.

Any photographs and/or films in connection with the events may be used and published by Hello Table and its affiliates, both internally and externally, for public relations purposes (printed material as well as online content) and may be distributed to third parties, the media in general, and press offices.

Those who do not wish to appear on photographs or footage of the event are required to request this in writing to ciaotable@protonmail.com within five days prior to the event. Should the registration be received within five days prior to the event, the organizers cannot ensure that this measure will be respected and implemented.

7) Donations

When you make a donation, the personal information you provide will be treated with the utmost care and confidentiality in accordance with current data protection regulations. This includes, your name, e-mail address, physical address and transaction details. Your information will only be used to manage the donation and communicate with you in connection with our activities. We do not disclose, sell or share your information with third parties your explicit consent, unless required by law or for internal administrative purposes.

As volunteers of Hello Table, we appreciate your commitment and are committed to protecting your privacy and the personal data you share with us.
