Open Doors of Associations offering volunteer-led cultural leisure activities-and
Ciao Table every year organizes in collaboration with Maghetti Foundation "Open Doors Ciao Table”, a fair of associations offering volunteer-led cultural leisure activities.
The associations meet the public and engage them in fun games.
Here videos from previous editions.
Each association has (free of charge) its own station to display promotional materials and meet the public by immediately engaging them in activities of playing games, singing, and exchanging information.
People of all ages who wish to spend their free time of learning new things in company are invited to participate.
Are you a cultural association offering volunteer-led activities and would like to make yourself known? Write to us (ciaotable@protonmail.com): we will send you our Open Doors application form.
This is an original idea by Ciao Table carried out in collaboration with and Maghetti Foundation and with the advice of SR Special Events Consulting and the University of Applied Sciences of Southern Switzerland (Bachelor in Leisure Management, Field Project). In 2024 we also had the support of Banca Stato and the theater company Il Vicolo, which offered an entertaining interactive show.
