What to do when we witness bullying behavior? How can we intervene effectively without fueling conflict?

The meeting, led by psychotherapists Piera Serra and Danilla Frei, aims to foster awareness of our emotional reactions in these delicate situations.

Through simulations and practical exercises, the-participants will be able to evaluate some intervention strategies.

The seminar is organized with the support of the City of Lugano as part of the International 16 Days of Activism Against Gender Violence Campaign.
