What to do when we witness bullying behaviour? How can we intervene effectively without escalating the conflict?

The meeting, led by the psychotherapists Piera Serra and Danilla Frei, This aims to promote awareness of our emotional reactions in these very delicate situations.

Through Simulations and practical exercises, participants will be able to evaluate some intervention strategies.

The seminar is organised with the support of the City of Lugano as part of the 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence international campaign.
