Ciao Table Is a recognized nonprofit association of social benefit. It operates in close cooperation with Psychology and Psychotherapy Research Society, Association founded in Geneva in 2014.

Ciao Table Has for purpose:

I. The promotion of scientific research in the field of social exchange through:

• Scientific conferences;
• The Social Research Prize.

II. The promotion of positive social exchanges through:

• Support for associations that offer cultural leisure activities;
• Interpersonal bullying and violence prevention initiatives.

Why do we promote social connections?

>Increase survival;
>Reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease by 29%;
>Reduce depression;
>Reduce the likelihood of developing dementia;
>Increase immune response.
