Do you want to discover non-profit cultural associations in the area?
The event, organised by Ciao Table, offers the chance to explore board games, dancing, a theatre workshop with Elena Andreoni, a music therapy workshop with Paolo Devid and a cooperative game with Amnesty International, whilst finding out about the activities organised throughout the year by local organisations.

How to maintain serene relationships, both professionally and personally, even where bullying occurs?
Through simulations and role-playing exercises, participants will be offered useful tools to react effectively.

With simulations and exercises also designed for work and friendship contexts, the seminar offers useful tools for recognising dysfunctional relationship dynamics – often subtle and difficult to grasp – and for seeking effective solutions. Led by psychotherapists Piera Serra and Danilla Frei.
